Hi Support, I am unable to backup my data via my iPhone using the iCloud Sync Backup parameter within the application. I was able to perform the backup in the past. I am receiving error code=1202 which indicates the certificate for the server is invalid. I do not use a Computer that has iTunes installed and I totally rely on my iPhone device. Please address this issue. Thank you!
The app has not worked since the iOS 17 update, I really like this invoice app and am hoping you can fix it soon because the app just crashes when you go to send an invoice. Please submit privacy details so Apple lets this app work again
I give you one star because you have not updated your app to work with the new iOS 16 or 17, the least you could do is actually respond to our support questions and not just give us an AI generated response.
Don’t download it l lost all my invoices inside can not even able to open app
The app doesn’t even open now. I assume it has something to do with iOS 16. Is there a fix to retrieve my information..? The other version of this app works fine… Please advise on what to do
Adding another bad review…. This app will no longer print. I can’t email an invoice, text it, etc. but not print as I always used to be able to. I can print once I have emailed it or texted it… but an added step is very annoying.

I used to live this until it broke, I wrote to the developer months ago, I even purchased a new app to replace Invoice Manager. The developer wants to know what is wrong. Well, first the app has not had an update in 6 years. It crashes when a change a date on the sales record. I try and write a new invoice it crashes. I want to delete this app but afraid to lose my precious sales and tax data. Tax season is upon us and I can’t use the app to give me sales reports. I don’t like buying apps because they are only as good as the developers of the apps.
Lost 4 years of invoices because this app magically removed itself from my phone, tried to contact support and got no response, would not rely on this app if you’re doing buisiness. Very very bad

Does anybody know about the app crashing after the iOS 16 update? Did I just lose all my information?
App would crash sometimes and you would loose all your entry. Now with the apple new IOS it barely works and won’t allow you to print or share the invoice. Seems that who created does not care about the app anymore to make the necessary changes, it’s a shame.

Been trying to open up this app for the last 2 months and i haven't been able too, it might need updates but owners don’t seem to care about it anymore, Dec 27th, 2021.
I’ve used this app for my business for years. Hundreds of thousands of dollars were invoiced and processed through it. When I upgraded my phone I lost all my data because the app was incapable of making the leap. I’m now flying blind because of this.
I used this app for years, all of a sudden it stopped working two weeks ago. I sent multiple help request emails and never heard back from them. All my billing data lost!
It used to be great, but recently, the app stopped to work, im worried im gonna lose my info because of that, i bought the full version, and when you try to open it, it crashes and closes Is there any way to restore it?
I wouldn’t pay the $6 for the option to sync data. It’s not cloud based. You have to transfer files from phone to phone. I couldn’t even figure it out. I did email them for help. But got no response.
Website is dead and backup and restoration of data will not work
Tried to back up my data on my new iPhone 10x plus and iOS 12.2 but it just sits and spins on the authentication screen. I wrote customer support using the in-app support link and it’s been over 3 days and I have heard nothing back from them. I use this app between my iPhone and iPad, but it is pretty much useless if I can’t sync between them. Sad :(
After over 4 years of fairly good service, this past weekend I tried several times to open the app and it never would open, just keep going back to home page. Tried to backup and it wouldn’t work... Ended up losing over 4 years of contacts and data. Then tried to email customer service and still no response from them either.
Not bad when first using. Then features stop working, and now hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Won’t open on iPad at all....
This app was and is pretty good. I found it very useful and still do, but they stopped updating 2 years ago and don’t respond to emails. I’m going to have to switch after many years of using it because I don’t trust it to keep working and that the backups will work.
Apparently, icubemedia has discontinued the PAID back up feature. You are now only able for very sketchy iTunes back up. Repeated emails and help requests go unanswered. After taking my money for the in-app purchase for the back up feature, they've basically cut off any communication What a rip off.
If you read the 5-star reviews, you’ll realize they’re all written by the app developers. This app wouldn’t be worth the money if it were free. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it does create and send invoices. There is no option to receive payment nor mark the invoice as paid. Adding customers and items is very clunky. It’s very difficult to search for anything. Customer support is non-existent. The only thing I use this for is to create a quick invoice on-site to email to a customer so I can collect payment on the spot. When I get home, I create an actual invoice in QuickBooks and delete the one in this app since I can’t do anything with it anyway.
You have to pay alot just for the app. Then you have to pay more for extras what a rip-off
Awesome app. Have had this app now for a few months but became serious about using it approximately three weeks ago. I have found it to be simple and completely appropriate for my small start-up hobby/business. I can easily adapt unique items, services and documents with your app. It allows me to calculate and keep tabs on all that I produce, sell and distribute. The program started out great, and has steadily gone down hill. I contacted the developer 3 times to let them know I could no longer backup the database, and never received a reply! The cloud sync just stopped working! Had to get my iPhone battery replaced, and lost all my invoices! Terrible customer service!
It does look good BUT go away bad freezes and ask to save save and more save use pen and paper
I purchased this app in a bundle. However, I am unable to enter data beyond 3 entries because it's asking me to upgrade. I paid for an upgrade. I sent two messages to the developer and I've received no response. Very frustrating - I paid over $20 for the bundle with upgrades.
Be very careful. Invoice app worked excellent for awhile. I backed up every time I used it and restored to open. Then I tried to restore and deleted everything's no. All my invoices and estimates.. All my services and products pages of them. Past due invoices, current due invoices. Just pisst I lost everything. Maybe it's worth going with the voices online saved. Like intuite or joist estimate invoicing tools.
It's been months now and we have contacted the support team repeatedly about the PayPal issue. This ap can not take credit cards through PayPal at the moment and they have done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. All they say when contacting them is they are working on it. This is about the simplest function for any software to do is accept a credit card with PayPal. We are being forced to switch all of our iPads over to another software provider. I would not recommend this software to anyone as a result.
This app works great for my needs and no monthly charge. I just use it to sent 3-5 invoices per month which other apps charge way too much to do that. Worth the $7 I paid.
App has an Pop-Up Alert that does'nt leaves me do anything. I have sent several emails with no answers yet. 😦
I think invoice manager is indispensable app for people who are doing business. it has quite understandable interface and many functions that allow you to be effective at any time.thanks for this app!

Besides being easy to use within the main invoicing feature it has so many helpful options for my business! Especially I love the inventory tracker integrated with barcode scanner. Also fast sync between devices helps a lot. Thank you!
Cannot get job done app keeps interrupting with Alerts telling me to save before moving on? Just for reviewing past invoice now stuck cannot move away to next task until I figure out how turn off useless Alerts. Create duplicate invoice and now cannot edit. Cannot rotate to portrait in new layout app is acting like it know what's best instead of not letting use to do my job the way it works for my needs. Not a fan anymore unless this problem is corrected. Thank you.
I spend a lot of time and effort to gather the documents necessary to me, and invoices from different folders into one, then edit and send them. But now I save a lot of time with help of this app. There are a lot of templates, it is very convenient. It is such a pleasure to use this app, thanks!
In my opinion this is the best invoice app I have tried. App has a lot of useful tools like inventory tracker, live currency converter, the ability to track your income and expenses and so on, and there is no need to use any other app for this purposes. The interface is simple and user-friendly.

I have used this app for several weeks and it has given me the flexibility to email bits to clients on the spot. It also gives you the ability to send your invoices in a quick and secure way giving you the ability to trac your expenses and earnings. In addition, it allows for great record keeping. One of my favorite features is the ability to add quick notes to the invoices. To me this app is by far the BEST!

Barcode scanner function doesn't work. I bought this app to do inventory by scanning barcode and issuing invoice/receipt after a barcode scan.
Been using this about four years with 2 bizes. Customer support is by email but usually on top of it. Looking fwd to a Mac version???
